Digital Products

The software license is delivered as a digital download. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the software has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • You have not downloaded or accessed the software.

  • You experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • You accidentally purchased multiple licenses for the same time period.

To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact Form within 7 days of purchase, providing your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If

  • The software has already been downloaded or accessed.

  • You change your mind after completing the purchase.

  • You did not review the product description, Refund & Return Policy, or End-User License Agreement prior to purchase.

  • You initiate a payment dispute before contacting us to resolve the issue directly.

Chargebacks

If you encounter a problem with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and timely manner.

Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks, particularly after the product has been downloaded, may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Revoke your software license and access to the product

  • Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence (i.e., download, use, grading, and purchase agreement)

  • Restrict future purchases from the associated account or email

  • Take further action as deemed appropriate
